New entrant Breeze Airways had put on sale two new airports: Islip, for the Long Island region, and West Palm Beach. Eight routes are coming, each starting in February. They’re all currently unserved, low frequency, and connecting the dots. Only one has been served before, showing Breeze Airways is doing exactly what it was set up to do.

Actually this was my first place to hear about it! That’s the best thing about Breeze, they are making air travel much more convenient. I would love for them to add West Palm Beach to the New Orleans, Tampa, and San Antonio destinations Breeze has from my home airport Northwest Arkansas Natl.

I agree. They are really making things easier. Just connecting up all the dots that other airlines don’t do.
Yes, hub-based operations will hopefully be a thing of the past someday.
